My name is Mohamed Bennadi.
I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer.
I provide 1 to 1 personal training for individuals who want to start on their fitness journey, or want to get back into it, but, would be more at ease doing this in the comfort of their own surroundings and without the busy gym environment.
If you haven’t exercised over the past few years, feel that you are out of shape, your confidence is low, and are considering starting up again, it’s worth noting that regular physical exercise, especially for people aged 50 and above, can help prevent or significantly reduce the risk of a wide range of health issues. These include, Cardiovascular Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Osteoporosis & Bone Loss, Obesity & related complications, Mental Health Issues, Falls & Mobility problems and Cognitive Decline.
In general, regular exercise in the 50+ age group, improves quality of life, increases independence and enhances physical & mental function.
I have been in the gym environment for the past 10 years. I felt that I wasn’t in the best place physically, and I needed to change my mind-set to improve on that. I started my personal fitness journey later on in life and it has changed me for the better.
I am passionate about healthy living and fitness, and sharing my knowledge with others is a natural progression.
My belief is that, no matter how old you are, it is never too late to start on your personal journey to health and fitness.
My approach to training, is centred around, encouraging, motivating, empowering and providing ongoing support to clients. You are unique, and my focus is to tailor a programme that fits in with your own goals, lifestyle, availability and ability.
