We can have a 30 minute, no obligation, face to face fitness assessment, so that we can obtain a comprehensive evaluation of your fitness levels.
Includes 4 x 1 hour sessions. (1 session per week for 4 weeks) or (2 sessions per week for 2 weeks)
Individual sessions can also be shorter in length, to take into account your needs and budget.
Includes 8 x 1 hour sessions. (1 session per week for 8 weeks) or (2 sessions per week for 4 weeks)
